Job Description
Our client, one of Ireland’s leading Fresh Produce and Distribution Company based in North Co. Dublin require Qualified HGV Mechanic to join their Transport Dept. Due to location candidates will need their own transportation.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- National Craft Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Competent in all areas of HGV repairs, inspections and maintenance
- Knowledge of diagnostic equipment essential
- Trailer maintenance and tail-lift repair.
- Ensuring that all repairs, inspections and servicing is to the highest standard.
- Take instructions from and liaise with the management over required repairs.
- Complete all paperwork required to the standards set by the company.
- Good communication skills, and fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Flexible and works well within a team and on their own.
Terms & Conditions:
- This is a full-time permanent position (40 Hours per week)
- Monday to Friday plus one half day Saturday per month
- No out of hours breakdown call outs.
- Competitive salary of €65,000 gross per annum
